- We take the time to answer your questions so you fully understand. To us, it is so much more than just getting a loan. We want you to make informed decisions about your finances.
- Everyone comes from a different place so we take the time to ensure that you are comfortable and informed to make the best decisions for you and your family.
3. Advice
- Once we understand your needs, we put together a personalised recommendation designed for YOU and your goals.
- We use our experience and some powerful tools to help demonstrate the benefits of the different options from over 30 Banks and Lenders.

4. Application
- We do the work for you, complete all application forms and get any supporting documents to make sure the application is in order before submitting to the Bank or Lender. We take time to address any concerns you have to ensure there are no surprises and the application goes through as easily as possible.
5. Project Management
- The key to a smooth process is coordinating all parts of the process – Solicitors, Conveyancers, Real Estate Agents and Banks (or Credit Unions etc.) All are good at performing their required roles.
- The problem is that none of them understand the full picture and how all the elements fit together. That is out job; making sure they are all doing their jobs and importantly making sure YOU are kept informed.
- We are here for you to answer all your question and to make things happen.

6. Customer Care
- When you get a new loan it is important that you understand how to use it. Often you will get new bank accounts or an offset account with the loan and it is important they are set up properly.
- We take the time to work with you to help you understand how and when the new accounts are set up and also ensure everything works the way you expect it to.
7. Review
- Settlement is a happy occasion! Keys are handed over and your dreams become real. Move in, pop a cork and enjoy your new home or new car.
- But that’s not the end… As life changes so do your needs so we check in with you regularly to make sure your loans are keeping up with you.
- In a few years, you may be considering an investment property, a new car or an overseas holiday. We are here to support YOU in these big decisions; we are only a phone call away.
