This may include details about future lifestyle that will impact on the type of loan needed. Fixed or variable loans are an example of this. Peter then takes most of the worry out of your hands and deals with the Lender for you.
Loan selection is a key issue with most clients and Peter is able to compare information from approximately 30 different lenders through modern software that shows up-to-date details about all loans. He will generate a comparison of loans that he believes are most suitable to you, and take you through the details and provide a recommendation of why a particular loan may be the most suitable to your needs.
